Usui Reiki Level I: Self Healing

This 5-hour course will teach you the healing methods of Mikao Usui Reiki. This course includes the feel and movement of energy centers, how to "manipulate movement," Chakra locations, centers, and uses. You will also learn the concept of Ki (Qi/Chi) within the Kundalini (energy path). Physical hand positions, and ethics are explained as well.

This course is for those just starting out with energy work and Reiki. This course does not certify the healing of others; please see Usui Reiki Level II for that certification. There will be a short knowlege exam after the course, as well as practicum and break for lunch.

This course is $50 for certification and materials. We offer student and military discounts as well.
